Puri




Preparation

To Make Soft n Fluffy puri dough combine wheat flour,milk,1 or 2 tbsp of sooji ,salt
puri dough should be made harder than chapathi dough so that it doesn't soak oil,also once the dough is made make the puri's immediately.while rolling the puri don't use any dry atta,if required use some oil,

serve hot purri's and enjoii
